Hi, my name is Sean Gray
Yoga has been such an amazing tool for transformation within my life, and I'd like to share what I have learned along the road with those that are interested in making this type of change for themselves as well.
Day 1: Core
This practice focuses on the Jump Through - a core engaging movement that'll get the fires burning.
Day 2: Twists
This practice focuses on Handstand with a Twist.. literally.
Day 3: Hips & Shoulders
This practice focuses on Bird of Paradise - a very challenging standing hip opener that also gets into those shoulders.
Day 4: Back Bends
This practice focuses on Ustrasana or Camel Pose - an accessible but deep back bend.
Day 5: Inversions
This practice focuses on Straight-Leg Scorpion Pincha Mayurasana - an extremely advanced inversion that requires full body engagement.
Day 6: Restorative
This practice we slow things down, and really dive into our body & mind.
