Day 1: Twist
This practice is focused on Parvsa Bakasana - Side Crow - a twisting arm balance.
Day 2: Hips & Shoulders
This practice is focused on Eka Pada Koundinyasana-B, a hip opening arm balance.
Day 3: Back Bends
This practice is focused on Urdhva Dhanurasana - Upward Facing Wheel - a deep back bend.
Day 4: Inversion
This practice is focused on Pincha Mayurasana - Forearm Balance - a super challenging inversion.
